Our brief was to optimise leads for both funeral services and funeral plans, via various digital touch points by utilising a market disrupting proposition of low cost funeral services at no detriment to quality of service.
The funeral industry has two main areas for lead generation, At-Need, which is for when someone has passed or Pre-Need, which is for prepaid funeral plans to purchase now and redeem in the future. At-Need services are time specific as there is generally a short window to convert and provide a service. Pre-Need has a much wider scope for lead volume and conversion.
We designed a new website to create the base for an effective high converting PPC strategy for both services, along with re-marketing, social acquisition, video distribution and direct response email campaigns.
